[orb] Increase the GetPointCloudMapStream and GetInternalStateStream chunk size from 64kb to 1Mb
Description
We found experimentally (details) that 1Mb chunks perform better than 64Kb chunks for RDK running on a raspberry pi serving a browser on the same network.
As such we would like to increase the chunk size for all implementations of these methods before considering map representation complete.
